I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient with a train station nearby and plenty of restaurant options. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at A&O in Friedrichshain for 5 nights. The receptionist kindly let me check in early after a night bus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was well equipped with shampoo and shower gel. The neighborhood is amazing with plenty of food options and friendly people. The location is great, with a 24-hour reception, guest kitchen, and laundry facilities. The room was comfortable and the heating worked well. a fantastic stay.

Contrary to what is stated on this site, there was no wifi available. The staff was not helpful and only said "we don't know, maybe tomorrow"

The staff at A&O were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a small issue with the room allocation, but they quickly resolved it and moved us to a better room. The location was convenient and easy to reach from the airport. The room was clean and functional, with a good-sized pillow provided. We were pleasantly surprised to find that bed linen and towels were included in the price. There was also a nearby natural food shop with a wide selection of vegan and vegetarian options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was clean, cheap, and close to 2 main S-Bahn lines, which made it excellent to commute to town and back

Room had no draws or waredrobes..so no place to leave clothes

Our room was very clean, with a new furniture, and stuff helpful and kind. There are many interesting bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, for instance Indian restaurant near by offering great cocktails and gratis mango schnaps . I would definitely recommend this hotel to budget travelers.

Convenient location near bars and transportation. Spacious and comfortable room with Berlin Wall piece. Friendly English-speaking staff allowed early check-in and storage. Spotless shared bathroom and recent renovations. Affordable with plenty of nearby dining options.
